Specialization
We're passionate about helping our clients with the purchase and/or sale of single-family residences and income property within the towns of Gardnerville, Minden, Genoa, Carson City, Dayton, Wellington, Topaz, Smith and throughout Northern Nevada.
We keep current on all transactions in these areas, including mortgages, loans, title insurance, building codes and inspection services. We're also very knowledgeable about the local area, including schools, recreational and job opportunities.
Personal
We have lived in the Carson Valley for more than 30 years and now have four generations living here! There truly is something for every age - skiing, biking and hiking, boating, golf and much more. We also have some pretty great schools and medical facilities!
